Cancellation & Refund Policy

We hold time and source ingredients ahead of each event, so our cancellation policy is simple:

Cancellation window

• More than two weeks before the event: full refund of any amounts paid.
• Within two weeks of the event: non-refundable. Ingredients have been sourced and time is held for your event.

Rescheduling

Need to move your date? Reach out as soon as possible. If we have availability, we’ll do our best to reschedule. Any difference in ingredient cost between dates may apply.

Cancellation by us

In the rare event we must cancel (illness, emergency, force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
