When you submit a booking request, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, event date and time, event address and borough, number of guests, requested board size, dietary preferences, and any notes you choose to include.
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and confirm availability.
- To plan and deliver your event.
- To send you a copy of your submission and follow-up communications.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not process payments on this site.
Email delivery
Booking requests are sent via Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes the email content on our behalf.
